FWF 8/9… a cozy christmas

So seriously, at Christmas last year my husband ordered me Unity Stamps! He was even impressed with the seriously large selection of different styles. ๐Ÿ™‚ This stamp is one of my favorites from one of the kits he got me… it’s got such a cool retro vibe AND it’s a really generic sentiment. I LOVE sentiment stamps and if I can use them for a season, not just a specific day, well my heart gets all happy! It pairs really nicely with this MME paper, which I am going to use up this holiday season.ย

I AM.ย You should see my stack of 6×6’s. It’s kind of embarrassing.

Okay, so the card. Usually I look for a sketch or have an idea toย jump startย a card. This time I just kind of took some ideas and went with it to see what I got.

I think I like it.ย

Pay no mind to the oddly large card prop, which is making the bottom look all bowed. It’s not.ย

Be sure to head back to the Unity blog and check out everyone’s projects. There’s always so many stamps I want need to buy (and thankfully, a sale too!). ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Ha, ha, ha…is there such a thing as too many 6×6 paper pads??? I'm all for using them up…then I can buy new cute ones, right? Your card is adorable, and I like that stamp set…nice!

  2. A husband that buys you Unity. Wow. ๐Ÿ™‚ What a beautiful card! Love the layers. But, seriously, doesn't everyone have a huge stack of 6×6 paper pads? ๐Ÿ˜›

  3. Great card! I have to admit a couple of things, though… (1) you have a seriously awesome hubby if he's actually buying you Unity Stamps – he's a keeper! (2) I'll bet I have WAYYYY more 6×6 pads than you – and yes, I'm embarrassed about that, too! Thanks for the inspiration! ๐Ÿ™‚
