OWH sketch 114 – you are old

Happy Sunday! The sun is shining and we were ready for the zoo before 10 am. We are very lucky to have a small, free zoo in our small city. We saw the lynx, the mountain lions, the eagles, the owls and hawks and peregrine falcon, and some groundhogs. And LOTS of geese and ducks. 🙂

I’m already working on my box for the muscle man challenge – hmm, I think I spy a challenge in the works!!! (see sidebar)

I used this week’s sketch and I decided to keep this card masculine, and I think I might make more of these. My DH asked if I’d make one of these for his dad’s birthday. LOL!! My brother is definately getting one of these next month, too. 🙂 And yes, he IS old. He’s 11 years older than me. 🙂

Paper: DCWV guy stack; Unity Stamp Co Feb 2012 KOM

Thanks for visiting me today! Be sure to play along with the sketch challenge, and c’mon… who’s going to join me in the muscle man challenge? What’s YOUR number?

  1. I really like the vintage auto image, and you're just mean calling folks “old!” LOL I always remind people that one day you're gonna be old TOO! *wink* j/k – it's a cute card 🙂

  2. LOL! I have a feeling your brother is NOT gong to LOVE that you are calling his OLD, but since he is the older one, it's ALL true!!

Great card and a great take on today's sketch!! 🙂

  3. Awesome card, Jen! Love the cars and especially the sentiment, LOL! Thanks for joining us in this week's OWH Stars & Stamps Sketch Challenge!

PS – I so have to CASE this card for my husband who turns forty this summer.
